Workshops & Consultations
Duration: 1 Calendar Year
Delivery: Online (Zoom)
Description: The Workshops & Consultations Partnership Includes:
- An initial consultation to assess your needs
- TWO Being skills workships for each participant (each 3 hours in duration)
- Participants will be able to take the workshops over a 6 week cycle to allow maximum flexibility.
- Participants will receive guies and prompts for practicing the skills outside of the workshops.
- Participants will have access to student-instructors’ office hours for questions about the being skills after the workshop.
- FOUR Scheduled consultations over a year to support your organizational change efforts. Units will have the option of TWO additional consultations scheduled as needed for a total of SIX consultations.
*Evaluation feedback from participants on all services will be gathered and summarized for unit leaders.
