Description: The Full Package Immersive Partnership Includes:

1. An initial consultation to assess your needs
2. TWO Being skills workships for each participant (each 3 hours in duration)
   • Participants will be able to take the workshops over a 6 week cycle to allow maximum flexibility.
   • Participants will receive guies and prompts for practicing the skills outside of the workshops.
   • Participants will have access to student-instructors’ office hours for questions about the being skills after the workshop.
3. TWO Being Circles protocol training for each participant.
4. SIX Being Circles for each participant
   • Being Circles are oranized byt the MCI Team.
   • Being Circles training and feedback is provided by an external consultant to maximize confidentiality.
   • Being Circles participants will have access to external consultants for support and to direct questions.
5. FOUR Scheduled consultations over a year to support your organizational change efforts. Units will have the option of TWO additional consultations scheduled as needed for a total of SIX consultations.
   
   

*Evaluation feedback from participants on all services will be gathered and summarized for unit leaders.
