Immersive Partnerships are particularly beneficial as your organization seeks to work on a specific plan focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion or address a particular conflict; if you are determined to shift your internal climate to be more inclusive and equitable; or if you want to examine and shift the ways you explore issues and imagine solutions.

These 8-week partnerships include the services of two MCI team members working for a total of forty 40 hours (average of five hours per week, depending on arrangements and availability) to offer for any combination of these opportunities to:

  • Attend meetings (observation and participation)
  • Share resources that provide further guidance and information
  • Lead presentations on difficult dialogues
  • Meet for consultations
